SIOBHANFIT is based in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Use of Our services is at your own risk. While We take care to provide a safe and reliable experience, We cannot guarantee outcomes or safety for every individual.
2. Payment, Memberships & Refunds
Non-Refundable: All payments for SIOBHANFIT services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment: You agree to pay all fees in full and provide accurate payment details.
Recurring Payments: If you sign up for a recurring program, you authorise automatic future payments unless you cancel in advance.
3. Health & Safety
Medical Consultation: Always consult your doctor or other licensed health professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
Educational Purpose Only: Our content is for education and general guidance. It is not a substitute for medical advice.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in our programs is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or other outcomes.
4. Your Access & Use of Content
You have a personal, non-transferable license to access Our content for your own use.
You may not share, sell, copy, or redistribute any materials without written permission.
All text, videos, graphics, and other content are Our intellectual property. Unauthorized use could result in legal action.
5. Community & Submissions
If you share personal photos on Our platforms, We will always ask your permission before using them for promotion or educational purposes.
Messages, comments, or communications sent to Us may be used as part of promotional purposes, Our services, administration, or coaching process.
You must not post anything illegal, offensive, or discriminatory.
6. Liability & Results
Results vary from person to person. Case studies or testimonials are not guaranteed outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIOBHANFIT is not liable for any injury, illness, financial loss, or other consequences from using Our services.
7. Cancelling or Ending Access
1:1 Coaching: Requires 30 days’ notice for termination. Outstanding payments within this notice period remain payable.
The Lippy Club: Access cannot be cancelled once payment is made, as the program is an 8-week full-payment course.
We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
9. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Our Privacy Policy make up the full agreement between you and SIOBHANFIT.
Consent: By accessing or purchasing Our services, you agree to these Terms.
